We offer five plans designed to grow with your team. Every plan includes the core scoring engine and DAC.

## Scores system

We use a score-based system for inference-backed features:

* **Scoring** a product consumes 1 score per full assessment (multi-page crawl, 27-dimension analysis, evidence scoring)
* **DAC conversations** consume credits based on conversation length (10 credits = 1 score)
* **Scores refresh monthly** based on your plan
* **Score packs** can be purchased for additional capacity on all paid plans

## Managing your subscription

## Billing FAQ

  <Accordion title="Is there a free trial?">
    All new accounts get a 14-day trial of Pro features. The Free plan is permanent and available after the trial with no credit card required.

  <Accordion title="Do unused scores roll over?">
    No. Scores included in your plan refresh each month. Purchased score packs do not expire.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Can I switch plans mid-cycle?">
    Yes. Upgrades are prorated immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="What payment methods are accepted?">
    Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and other major cards via Stripe. Enterprise plans support invoicing.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="What's the difference between credits and scores?">
    Scores are the customer-facing unit. 1 score = a full product assessment (10 inference credits internally). DAC coaching conversations use 1 credit per exchange. Your plan quota is shown in scores on marketing pages and in credits in the app usage meter.
