Diagnostic Report
The diagnostic report is a unified five-tab view that brings F1 (Product Operations Maturity), F2 (AI-Native Lifecycle), and F3 (AI Product Assessment) together for a single product. It is the fastest way to see your compound readiness and identify where your team capability, build process, and product AI-nativeness are pulling in different directions. Access it from any product page: Products > [product name] > Diagnostic. The five tabs

When to use the diagnostic
Quarterly planning
Quarterly planning
Run the diagnostic before each quarter to identify the highest-leverage investment area across all three frameworks. The Tensions tab often reveals which process gaps are limiting an otherwise strong team.
Before a fundraise
Before a fundraise
Investors want to see compound readiness, not just one-dimensional maturity. The Summary tab shows F1/F2/F3 side by side. The Tensions tab explains your risk surface honestly.
After a major release or pivot
After a major release or pivot
A significant product change often shifts F3 scores while F1 and F2 lag behind. Running the diagnostic after a pivot surfaces the new tension map.
Onboarding a new team member

The People tab gives a clear picture of team capability gaps without requiring a full audit.

| Process-driven, low capability | Low | High | Low | Following a playbook without the skills |
| AI-native product, weak ops | Low | High | Impressive demo, fragile in production | |
| Compound readiness | High | High | High | Team, process, and product aligned |
