Track Your Product Portfolio
As a product leader, you want to see maturity patterns across your entire product portfolio so that you can allocate resources to the right teams, identify systemic gaps, and track whether your investments are paying off.Portfolio overview
The Suite page (accessible to Lead role and above) provides cross-product analytics that surface patterns you cannot see from individual product scores alone. What portfolio analytics reveal
Dimension Heatmap
All 27 dimensions across all products in a single view. Instantly spot systemic strengths (green columns) and systemic weaknesses (red columns).
Score Timeline
Track your portfolio average month over month. See whether team investments are moving the needle.
Cluster Analysis
Dimensions grouped into Foundation, Market Position, Execution Engine, and Outlier categories. Compare cluster health across products.
Cross-Product Insights
AI-generated observations about how your products compare and where collective investment would have the highest impact.
Set up your portfolio
Create products from the dashboard
Navigate to your dashboard and click Add Product. Each product needs a URL and display name. Products are shared across all team members in your organization.
Score each product
Run an initial score for every product in your portfolio. This establishes your baseline.
Open the Suite page
Navigate to Suite in the main navigation. The portfolio view populates automatically once you have 2 or more scored products.
Reading the dimension heatmap
The heatmap is the most powerful view for leaders. Each row is a product, each column is a dimension. Colors indicate score levels:- Green (3-4): This product is strong in this dimension. Look for patterns to replicate.
- Amber (2): Developing. Targeted investment here will show results.
- Red (1): Gap. If a whole column is red, it is a systemic organizational weakness.
What to look for
| Pattern | What it means | Action |
|---|---|---|
| A full red column | Every product is weak in this dimension. It is an org-level gap, not a team problem. | Invest in org-wide capability building (training, tooling, process). |
| One red cell in a green column | A single product lags behind the portfolio norm. | Investigate what is different about that team or product. |
| Strong left columns, weak right columns | Strategy and Design are strong but Ops and Intelligence lag. | Your teams plan well but struggle with feedback loops and optimization. |
| All scores clustered at 2 | You are consistently at Building stage with no breakout products. | Pick one product to push to Scaling as a proof case. |
Suite intelligence
Suite Intelligence goes beyond the heatmap with AI-generated analysis:- Systemic patterns: Dimensions that are consistently strong or weak across your entire portfolio
- Score deltas: Improvement or regression per product between scoring runs
- Correlation analysis: Dimensions that tend to move together (e.g., Data Strategy and Feedback Loop Quality)
- Investment recommendations: Where collective investment across teams would have the highest portfolio-wide impact
