Reports & Views

After scoring a product, Dacard.ai generates multiple report views. Each report examines your AI maturity from a different angle, giving you a complete picture of where you stand and what to do next.

Available reports

Maturity Report

The primary report. Your product’s composite score across all 27 dimensions (6 functions), stage classification, and “Do This Next” recommendations.

Operations Report

How AI-native your team’s workflows are. Scores across all 6 functions: Strategy, Design, Development, Operations, GTM, and Intelligence.

Lifecycle Report

Where you are in the 6-stage AI-native build process. Progress across all 36 lifecycle tasks.

Roadmap Report

A prioritized action plan from your scoring gaps. Ranked improvements with expected impact and sequencing.

POM Overlay

Your scores mapped to the Product Operating Model (POM). 20 principles across 27 dimensions.

Suite Intelligence

Cross-product analytics. Dimension correlations, systemic gaps, and score trajectories across your portfolio.

Maturity Report

The primary report. Shows your product’s AI maturity composite score and a breakdown across all 27 dimensions.
  • Overall composite score (27-135) and maturity stage (Foundation through Compounding)
  • Dimension-by-dimension breakdown with scores (1-5) and evidence
  • Signal bars for quick visual assessment: green (strong), amber (developing), red (gap)
  • Strengths and gaps highlighting your top 3 and bottom 3 dimensions
  • Cross-dimension patterns identifying systemic themes
  • “Do This Next” recommendations per dimension, tailored to your current stage

Operations Report

Evaluates how AI-native your team’s workflows are across the 6 functions. Uses the same composite scoring scale but measures team operations rather than product features.
  • Function-level scores (Strategy, Design, Development, Operations, GTM, Intelligence)
  • Function-specific improvement recommendations
  • Gap analysis between product maturity and operations maturity

Lifecycle Report

Maps where you are in the six-stage AI-native product development lifecycle.
  • Current lifecycle stage assessment across all 6 stages
  • Progress across all 36 lifecycle tasks (not started, in progress, completed)
  • Operations stack readiness across 8 categories: Context, Model, Orchestration, Eval, Deployment, Economics, Observability, Feedback
  • Cross-cutting concern analysis (Token Economics, Role Fluidity, Cognitive Debt)

Roadmap Report

A prioritized action plan generated from your scoring gaps.
  • Ranked list of improvement actions by impact
  • Suggested timeline and sequencing
  • Quick wins vs. strategic investments
  • Stage-appropriate guidance for your current maturity level

POM Overlay Report

Maps your scores to the Product Operating Model (POM).
  • 20 POM principles mapped to your 27-dimension scores
  • Gap analysis between your current practices and empowered-team standards
  • Transformation priorities ranked by impact
  • Score trajectory tracking over time (with re-scoring)

Framework overlay views

Each scored product has dedicated overlay views accessible from the report navigation at /r/{id}/. These views reinterpret your 27 F1 dimension scores through a specific external framework lens.

POM overlay

/r/{id}/pom Your scores mapped to the Product Operating Model (POM). 20 principles with gap analysis and transformation roadmap.

DORA metrics

/r/{id}/dora Deployment frequency, lead time, change failure rate, and mean time to restore. Mapped from your Development function scores and GitHub integration signals.

OKRs

/r/{id}/okrs Your scoring dimensions translated into suggested OKR language, organized by function. Useful for quarterly planning.

North Star

/r/{id}/northstar North Star metric health and input metric quality, derived from your Operations function scores (particularly Analytics and Feedback Loop).

Shape Up

/r/{id}/shapeup Basecamp’s Shape Up framework applied to your Development and Operations scores. Appetite, pitch quality, and cycle health.

AI dimensions

/r/{id}/ai F3-style AI-nativeness breakdown within your F1 score. Highlights which dimensions reflect strong AI integration vs. surface-level adoption.

Operations

/r/{id}/ops Full F1 operations report view. Six function scores with drill-down to each dimension, sorted weakest-first.

Lifecycle

/r/{id}/lifecycle F2 AI-native lifecycle view. Stage completion, task progress across all 36 lifecycle tasks, and operations stack readiness.

Roadmap

/r/{id}/roadmap Prioritized improvement plan. Ranked actions by expected impact, grouped by function and timeline.
Overlay views are available on Pro plans and above. POM overlay requires the POM report add-on or Pro+ plan.

Unified Diagnostic View

The unified diagnostic report combines F1 (maturity), F2 (lifecycle), and F3 (AI product assessment) in a single 5-tab view, making it the fastest way to see your compound readiness across all three frameworks at once.
Ask DAC: “Compare my F1, F2, and F3 scores and tell me the biggest tension.” DAC can synthesize the cross-framework view into a single recommendation.

Dashboard

The dashboard provides a cross-product overview for teams scoring multiple products.
  • All scored products with latest scores and trends
  • Dimension heatmap across products
  • Systemic patterns (dimensions that are consistently weak or strong)

Suite Intelligence

Advanced analytics that surface patterns across all products in your portfolio:

Report access varies by plan and role. Members see Maturity reports. Leads and above see Operations, Lifecycle, and Suite Intelligence. POM Overlay and Roadmap require Pro or above. See Roles & Permissions and Plans & Billing for details.

Sharing reports

Every scored product has a shareable URL at /r/{id}. Anyone with the link can view the Maturity report without signing in. Other report types require authentication.
