Scores system
We use a score-based system for inference-backed features:- Scoring a product consumes 1 score per full assessment (multi-page crawl, 27-dimension analysis, evidence scoring)
- DAC conversations consume credits based on conversation length (10 credits = 1 score)
- Scores refresh monthly based on your plan
- Score packs can be purchased for additional capacity on all paid plans

All new accounts get a 14-day trial of Pro features. The Free plan is permanent and available after the trial with no credit card required.

No. Scores included in your plan refresh each month. Purchased score packs do not expire.

Yes. Upgrades are prorated immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and other major cards via Stripe. Enterprise plans support invoicing.

Scores are the customer-facing unit. 1 score = a full product assessment (10 inference credits internally). DAC coaching conversations use 1 credit per exchange. Your plan quota is shown in scores on marketing pages and in credits in the app usage meter.
