As an individual contributor, you want to get actionable coaching from DAC (Dacard Agentic Coach) so that you can build a concrete improvement plan based on your actual scores rather than generic best practices.

What DAC knows about you

DAC is not a generic chatbot. When you are viewing a scored product, DAC has access to:
  • Your full scoring data across all 27 dimensions
  • Your maturity stage and cluster analysis
  • Your strengths, gaps, and cross-dimension patterns
  • Prescriptive “Do This Next” actions for every dimension
  • Established product management practices across discovery, growth, DevOps, and AI operations

Open a scored product

Navigate to any product you have scored. DAC needs scoring data to give personalized recommendations.

Click Ask DAC

The floating Ask DAC button opens the coaching panel on the right side of every page.

Ask a specific question

The more specific your question, the better DAC’s response. See conversation starters below.

Conversation starters for ICs

  • “What should I improve first based on my scores?”
  • “How do I move my Data Strategy score from 2 to 3?”
  • “Build me a 90-day improvement plan for my Development function”
  • “What are the top 3 things my team should do this sprint?”

Get the most out of DAC

Instead of “How do I improve?”, ask “How do I improve my Customer Signal Synthesis score from 1 to 2?” DAC gives much sharper answers when it knows the exact dimension and current score.
DAC can apply specific frameworks: “What does good prioritization look like at our stage?” or “What growth levers should we focus on given our GTM scores?”
Ask for specific formats: “Give me a 3-sprint plan,” “Create a RICE-scored list of improvements,” or “Write a one-pager I can share with my manager.”
DAC adjusts its knowledge based on where you are. On the Operations report, it focuses on team workflows. On the Lifecycle report, it focuses on build process. Move to different report views to get different coaching angles.

Every DAC response includes thumbs up/down buttons. Your feedback helps improve DAC’s recommendations over time. If a response misses the mark, click thumbs down and describe what was inaccurate or unhelpful.
DAC conversations consume 1 credit per exchange. Your remaining credits are shown in the sidebar meter.
