Run a Full Diagnostic Across Frameworks

As a product leader, you want to run a complete diagnostic across all three Dacard.ai frameworks so that you can identify the deepest systemic issues in your organization and build a comprehensive improvement plan.

The three-framework diagnostic

Dacard.ai’s three frameworks each answer a different question. Running all three together produces a compound readiness assessment that no single framework can provide alone.
FrameworkQuestion it answersAssessment type
F1: Product Operations MaturityHow capable is your team?URL score (automated, 27 dimensions)
F2: AI-Native LifecycleWhere are you in the build process?Self-assessment (36 tasks across 6 stages)
F3: AI Product AssessmentHow AI-native is your product?URL score (automated, 27 dimensions)

Run the full diagnostic

1

Score with F1 (Product Operations Maturity)

Navigate to /score and score your product URL. This produces the 27-dimension maturity assessment.
2

Complete F2 (Lifecycle Assessment)

Open the scored product and select the Lifecycle tab. Work through all 36 tasks with your team.
3

Run F3 (AI Product Assessment)

From the scored product page, select the AI Assessment view. This evaluates the product itself across 27 AI-nativeness dimensions.
4

Add the POM Overlay

Open the POM tab to map your scores to Product Operating Model principles. This adds a proven methodology lens to your raw scores.
5

Review the tension map

Compare F1, F2, and F3 scores side by side. The gaps between frameworks reveal your deepest organizational tensions.

Reading the tension map

The most valuable insight comes from comparing across frameworks:

The POM overlay

The Product Operating Model overlay maps 20 principles to your Dacard.ai scores. It bridges aspiration and measurement:
  • Before: “We want to be more empowered” (vague aspiration)
  • After: “Our Team Structure scores 2/4 and Team Orchestration scores 1/4. We need to move from functional silos to cross-functional pods.” (specific, measurable)
Key POM principles mapped:

Empowered teamsTeam Structure, Team OrchestrationAre teams given problems, not features?
Product discoveryStrategic Intelligence, Customer IntelligenceDo you continuously validate assumptions?
Outcome-drivenValue Proposition, Product AnalyticsDo you measure outcomes, not output?
Continuous learningFeedback Loop, Learn & CompoundDo you systematically learn from data?

Building your diagnostic report

After running all three frameworks, synthesize findings into a diagnostic report for your leadership team:

Structure

  1. Executive summary: Overall compound readiness (are F1, F2, F3 aligned?) and top 3 systemic issues.
  2. Framework scores: F1 total, F2 stage position, F3 total. Show the tension map.
  3. Systemic gaps: Dimensions or stages that are weak across multiple frameworks.
  4. Recommended investments: Prioritized list of improvements with expected impact.
  5. Benchmark context: How your scores compare to stage-appropriate peers.
Ask DAC to help you build this report. On the scored product page, try: “Build me a diagnostic summary comparing my F1, F2, and POM scores for a leadership presentation.”
